Reflecting on a year of growth

As we bid farewell to 2023, The Langham Estate takes a moment to celebrate the milestones and achievements that have defined our journey in enhancing the West End for people and the planet.

This year has been remarkable, the demand for prime retail, leisure and office space in the West End soared, and we proudly welcomed an array of new occupiers to The Langham Estate, spanning fashion, beauty, wellness, dining, the arts, and many more. Notable additions have included the iconic footwear brand Dr Martens’ 100th EMEA store – its second largest in the UK – modern Mediterranean restaurant Faros, contemporary art galleries Ab Anbar, Schtager & Schch, and Des Bains, ancient art and antiquities specialists, Apollo Galleries, beauty salon Pied de Poule, and salad bar The Salad Project.
