Bisnow explores the opportunity for Fitzrovia Quarter

Bisnow has featured The Langham Estate in a new article exploring Fitzrovia Quarter’s position within the West End and the Estate’s approach to shaping the area.

Speaking to Bisnow, CEO Malcolm Pugh highlights Fitzrovia’s combination of quality, location and value: “But we’ve now got the quality, the location at a price value point that’s compelling for enterprises when they’re looking at their accommodation costs.”

The feature explores the evolving mix of businesses across the Estate, including the growth of health and wellness, alongside The Langham Estate’s considered approach to attracting occupiers that add to the area and help strengthen Fitzrovia Quarter as a destination.

Malcolm also reflects on the distinctive character of the Estate: “They all look very different. You get a large one, a small one, one with blue tiles, one with red bricks, one with square windows, and that's part of the attraction.”
