The Langham Estate Achieves Planet Mark Certification

We are proud to announce that The Langham Estate has achieved Planet Mark Certification for the 23/24 financial year. This is a significant step forward and a fantastic achievement for the business as we baseline our carbon emissions and work towards net zero by 2040. We are excited to partner with Planet Mark to map our scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions and define the path to achieving this goal.

This is a key moment for the estate as we begin our journey to decarbonise and become a more sustainable business. Reporting our emissions with Planet Mark will help us measure and improve our carbon performance year on year, supporting our efforts to meet our commitments with the Westminster City Council’s Sustainable City Charter.

He continues: “The Langham Estate is stepping through to the next phase of their net zero journey, by measuring a full carbon footprint measurement including all material scope 3 emissions. From this, they will have a thorough understanding of their net zero baseline, which will be an essential component of building a robust Net Zero Transition Plan to launch in early 2025. This is exciting and transformational work that embeds net zero in their business and is a strong sign of intent for their teams, clients, suppliers and the wider business community.
