Refurbishment momentum continues across the portfolio

Most recently, four newly refurbished floors at 15–16 Margaret Street have been brought to market. Located in the heart of Fitzrovia Quarter, with fashion destination Arlettie on the ground floor, this address exemplifies our ongoing investment in delivering high-quality office space — now available for immediate occupation.

Nearby, the first floor of 21 Little Portland Street has also been completed and is ready to view. Both 21 Little Portland Street and 15–16 Margaret Street reflect our consistent approach to creating modern, functional workspaces with character.
