New on the Ground – the latest lettings shaping Fitzrovia Quarter

As we move through the second quarter of the year, we are excited to share the growing demand for space in Fitzrovia Quarter, highlighted by several recent ground-floor lettings on the Estate. These lettings reflect our continued focus on bringing in businesses that complement the vibrant, creative, and progressive energy of the area, each contributing to the Estate’s evolving character and dynamic community.

While some of these businesses are yet to be publicly announced and others are just opening, the lettings themselves clearly demonstrate the area’s growing appeal. And as they continue to open throughout the year, these new additions will contribute to the ongoing vibrancy and dynamic atmosphere of Fitzrovia Quarter.

Here’s a look at the latest lettings across The Langham Estate in 2025, showcasing the exciting range of businesses that will call Fitzrovia Quarter home.
