A brace of new brands have recently joined The Langham Estate, including audio specialists KEF | Kent Engineering & Foundry and international beauty salon Pied-de-Poule.
Following a comprehensive refurbishment, heritage brand KEF, is opening a state of the art 4,660 sq ft retail space on Great Portland Street, minutes away from Oxford Circus. The brand, which has been creating award-winning speakers right here in the UK since 1961, will use the space to not only expand on its retail offering, but to create an immersive space that embraces the company’s vision of moving souls with truly authentic soundscapes. The space will include a podcast/recording studio, a bar and café, extensive seating and innovative product displays.
In addition to the retail store, the company has also taken a 1,450 sq ft office space on the floors above, which will serve as its new head offices. The new space has been designed by Conran and Partners and will open its doors following comprehensive refurbishment in July.
Meanwhile, international beauty salon Pied-de-Poule, which already operates a number of salons in Ukraine and Poland, will be opening the doors to its first UK branch in early June. The 1,330 sq ft space on 67 Mortimer Street will offer close to 150 different services and complement the wide offering of beauty services and treatments already offered in Fitzrovia.
