Fitzrovia Food & Drink Trails 2025: putting local flavour on the map

Returning this June, as part of the London Festival of Architecture, the Fitzrovia Food & Drink Trails offer a curated showcase of the neighbourhood’s evolving culinary scene.
Led by The Fitzrovia Partnership, the initiative celebrates local food and beverage businesses, encouraging visitors to discover the character and creativity that define the area. The Langham Estate is proud to support the Trails by encouraging our occupiers to take part — helping bring more activity and visibility to Fitzrovia’s streets.

What are the Fitzrovia Food & Drink Trails?
Part of the London Festival of Architecture programme, the Fitzrovia Food & Drink Trails 2025 offer a curated way to explore some of the area’s most distinctive food and beverage venues. The event includes two trails:
- Savoury Food & Drink Trail – 10 June 2025
- Sweet Food & Drink Trail – 17 June 2025
How you can join this event:
- Download and use the LoyaltyFree app
- Check in at participating venues: Click here for the venue list
- Enjoy free samples and exclusive offers as you explore
It’s a simple mechanism with an impactful result: more foot traffic, greater local visibility, and a reason to linger in Fitzrovia beyond the lunch hour.
As part of the London Festival of Architecture 2025, visitors can also explore Fitz&Sits: Creative benches transforming Fitzrovia (1) and Mural on Mortimer (2).
How this event supports Fitzrovia Quarter
A practical approach to placemaking
Placemaking often stays abstract. The Food & Drink Trails ground it in real life – using everyday habits like eating, drinking, and walking to create deeper connections to place.
By encouraging movement between venues, the event connects office workers, residents, and visitors to Fitzrovia in a way that’s more immediate and less transactional. People don’t just pass through; they spend time, notice details, and return.
The Langham Estate is pleased to support these efforts by helping drive occupier involvement across Fitzrovia Quarter. We believe that well-used, well-loved streets are good for everyone – leading to better business outcomes, a stronger sense of place, and a more resilient local economy.
Reflecting the real Fitzrovia
Featured businesses that sit proudly within Fitzrovia Quarter, include:
- Drunch
- Kaffeine Great Titchfield Street
- Kaffeine Eastcastle Street
- Sanderson London
- Arros QD
- XO Chocolate
- Rhum Tavern
Each of these brands contributes to the area’s rich, multicultural identity – and the Trails help shine a brighter light on their presence. For more local favourites, check out our guide to restaurants (3) and cafes in the neighbourhood (4), curated by The Langham Estate.
Why participation matters for our occupiers
This initiative is not an isolated event; it’s part of The Langham Estate’s broader vision to foster a neighbourhood where creativity, commerce, and culture coexist.
As a tenant, you’re not simply leasing a space – you’re becoming part of a curated experience. Events like the Food & Drink Trails are designed with tenants in mind, offering unique brand-building opportunities.
Here’s what you gain:
- Participation in professionally branded events.
- Marketing support across PR, social media, and online listings.
- A platform to engage with locals on a human, experiential level.
For growing brands and established businesses alike, this is a direct way to turn visibility into value.

Our past event success:
The Fitzrovia Quarter Wellness Festival
The success of the Fitzrovia Quarter Wellness Festival offers a clear example of what tenant-focused events can achieve.
Hosted by Fitzrovia Quarter during May 2025, the festival activated the neighbourhood through fitness, wellness, and lifestyle offerings. Key results included:
- 3 run clubs (2 with influencers, 1 with The Salad Project) – all fully booked with 90+ participants.
- 4 fitness classes by CREO x F45 and FS8 – also fully booked, reaching 60 participants.
- Significant increases in brand visibility, trial sign-ups, and store visits, particularly for businesses involved in activations.
And the impact? Tangible:
- Fitness partners saw increased bookings and trial sign-ups right after the event.
- Businesses involved in the activations saw higher local visibility and strong conversion rates.
- A spike in social engagement from features on the Fitzrovia Quarter Instagram account.
- Several brands asked to join again next year – proof of the long-term value in participating.
It wasn’t just buzz – it was business growth.

There’s more to Fitzrovia than just food and drink
The Trails may start with food, but their impact extends further. They offer a way to experience what Fitzrovia stands for – independence, creativity, and a sense of place shaped by the people and businesses within it.
At The Langham Estate, we continue to support initiatives that give space to ideas and businesses that define the area’s character. This isn’t just about drawing attention to venues – it’s about contributing to a long-term vision for Fitzrovia: one that values walkability, culture, and everyday quality of life.
