Arlettie Paris Expands Footprint at The Langham Estate, Doubling Retail Space

We’re thrilled to share that our occupier Arlettie Paris will be doubling its footprint on The Langham Estate this year.

Following its great success since joining the Estate in 2019, the Parisian fashion firm has now leased the 3,500 sq ft unit located immediately next door to its existing store at 13-14 Margaret Street, taking its combined floor space to 9,000 sq ft.

The news comes amid a surge in interest for high-quality fashion retail space on our Estate, following on from the recent highly successful opening of iconic footwear brand Dr. Martens plc at 184-190 Oxford Street.

Our Leasing and Marketing Director, Malcolm Cohen, says of the news: “Arlettie’s expansion represents a major vote of confidence in The Langham Estate and the wider Fitzrovia neighbourhood. We are seeing a major spike in interest from across all asset classes, but particularly from prospective retail occupiers who recognise the strategic importance of having a presence in Britain’s shopping and fashion capital.”
