Z…app tenant for Fitzrovia

We are delighted to announce that Zapp, the fast-growing startup that lets you order essential items, delivered in minutes, 24/7, has leased a Ground Floor unit of circa 2,000 sq ft at 167-169 Great Portland Street on The Langham Estate for their first Zappstore in Fitzrovia.

Founded amidst a global pandemic and launched in January 2021, Zapp is building the future of convenience retail. Each local ‘Zappstore’ stocks thousands of products – including snacks, drinks, essential groceries, over-the-counter medicine and other everyday items – ready to be picked, packed and delivered. Zapp’s own employed riders then go the extra mile to make every order a ‘wow’ experience.

Focusing on sustainability from the beginning, the company only uses e-bikes and e-mopeds for delivery, and products arrive in recyclable paper bags. Zapp is also partnering with Olio to reduce food waste, and working with Planetly to measure and reduce its carbon footprint, while offsetting any remaining emissions.

Zapp is currently available across London, including Kensington, Chelsea, Fulham, Notting Hill, Hammersmith, Shepherd’s Bush, Shoreditch, Battersea, Balham, Lambeth, St John’s Wood, Wandsworth, Hornsey, Islington & Angel and now also in Fitzrovia.
