With over 1 million sq ft of space across 60 properties globally, we are delighted to announce that managed office operator, Knotel, has leased approx. 7,500 sq ft of contemporary suites on part 2nd and 3rd floors at Moray House, 23-35 Great Titchfield Street from The Langham Estate. This will be their second London base north of Oxford Street.
In a rapidly growing industry, Knotel is uniquely positioned by offering offices on a floor-by-floor basis for the more mature businesses seeking an alternative to shared co-working space. Originating in New York, Knotel has kicked off their international expansion with a foothold in San Francisco, Berlin, and more recently in London, where their first leased acquisition is also located in Noho on Whitfield Street.
