A meeting of minds
Cavendish Conference Centre’s has taken a new lease of the magnificent Grade II Listed property, formerly occupied by the General Medical Council as its headquarters building, at 44 Hallam Street.
Cavendish is planning to carry out a comprehensive refurbishment of the building, which comprises nearly 9,000 sq ft, in order to create a state of the art conference and exhibition centre. The building will benefit from an impressive double height auditorium which will incorporate the latest technology and first class catering facilities. In addition, they will also be able to offer a number of smaller meeting/conference rooms of various sizes to suit all requirements.
Currently trading as Mayfair Conference Centre in Connaught Place and Cavendish Conference Centre in Duchess Mews, they require Hallam Street to meet the growing demand for a top class facility in the West End
