In the Heart and ‘Seoul’ of Noho
Modern Korean cuisine BibimBap has taken their sixth restaurant split over the Ground Floor and Basement, at 47 Margaret Street close to its junction with Regent Street. This new restaurant is located in the heart of Fitzrovia amongst the numerous cosmopolitan eateries already on the street including Coco Di Mama, Vital Ingredients, Benugo, Curators Coffee and Wahaca to name a few.
With over 20 years of experience, the brand brings a new and modern take on Korea’s national dish, bibimbap.
Time Out London magazine says ‘It’s daring to name your restaurant after a beloved national icon, as inevitably customers will expect no slip-ups with the signature dish. Fortunately, at BibimBap they know what they’re doing. There are, unusually, ten varieties on offer, as opposed to the one or two (beef, or vegetarian) at most Korean restaurants in London.’
BibimBap’s popular menu features a 4-step process: which includes the choice of two rice’s, a selection of proteins, a raw or fried egg and whether you’d like to eat your personalised dish from a hot or cold bowl. With a variety of gluten free and vegetarian dishes BibimBap menu is extensive, meeting all different appetites.
