Your building insurance policy is managed by the property manager for your building. For any questions regarding building insurance, please email your property manager or call our offices at 020 7580 5656.
How can I find information about the business rates I need to pay?
Business rates are set by the local council and billed directly to you. You can find information on your business rates and estimated costs on the Westminster City Council website
What permissions do I need to make alterations to my leased space?
The permissions required for alterations will depend on the specific terms of your lease agreement. Please review your lease for any restrictions on alterations. If you require consent from the landlord for alterations, please contact your property manager to discuss the process.
